For the Record, Mr Scruby is a nobody who heads a group called the Pedestrian Council of Australia ("PCA"), and has no idea about issues on NT roads. Membership to the PCA is impossible, it's just Harold and a bunch of his rich mates, yet they yield incredible power. Why? Don't know, they certainly do not produce any research to back up their wild claims.

Mr Scruby also tells Australia to walk to work and risk damage from harmful exhaust fumes, yet Harold, conveniently, works from home! Nice.
